These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Luyepi & Cozisa Pte Ltd's ("we," "our," or "us") document services in Singapore. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

We provide professional document services including:

• Document verification and authentication
• Document preparation and template customization
• Multilingual document translation
• Notarization and legalization services
• Document format conversion

Our services are provided in accordance with Singapore laws and regulations.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for document processing
• Ensure all documents submitted are legitimate and legally obtained
• Obtain necessary permissions for third-party documents
• Review processed documents promptly and notify us of any errors within 3 business days
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding document use and disclosure

3. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• We do not provide legal advice or act as legal representatives
• We cannot guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties
• Processing times may vary based on document complexity and volume
• Certain document types may require additional verification steps
• We reserve the right to refuse service for documents that appear fraudulent or illegal

4. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure is as follows:

• Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST
• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-payment methods
• Refunds are only provided for services not rendered due to our error
• Late payments may incur additional charges of 2% per month

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client documents:

• All documents are stored securely with limited access
• Employee confidentiality agreements are in place
• Documents are destroyed after retention periods expire
• Disclosure only occurs when required by Singapore law

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of documents remains with the client. However:

• We retain copyright on any original templates we create
• Standard document templates remain our proprietary materials
• Clients may not reproduce or distribute our template documents without permission
• We may use anonymized documents for quality improvement purposes

7. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for third-party actions regarding submitted documents
• Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from document processing
• Clients are responsible for final review of all processed documents

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:

• Parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days
• Unresolved disputes will be mediated in Singapore
• Singapore law governs these Terms and any disputes
• Legal actions must be filed in Singapore courts

9. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time:

• Changes become effective upon posting on our website
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
• Material changes will be communicated to active clients

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements:

• We may terminate for breach of these Terms with 7 days notice
• Clients may terminate by providing written notice
• Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
